About 21 Dental
The practice provides a wide range of treatment ranging from simple routine work up to advanced cosmetic dentistry and tooth whitening. We encourage patients to ask the team about any questions they may have in relation to their treatment.
If you cannot attend an appointment please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments deny other patients the opportunity for treatment. If patients are violent or abusive towards staff then treatment will be terminated and the police and/or the Primary Care Trust informed.
We maintain strict confidentiality of our patients and no details would be passed to third parties without your expressed permission.
Let us know!
We will always try to ensure that your treatment with us runs smoothly. If you are not happy with any aspect of your visit do not hesitate in letting us know. Please inform the dentist that was treating you know that you are not content and feel free to explain why; we will then do our utmost to resolve your problem or rectify the situation as soon as possible. We have measures to help remedy problems in both NHS and Private Treatments.
Your health is our priority. If there has been a change to your health or medication –even between appointments- please tell us.
Costs of treatment
There are 3 bands to NHS treatment. These fees are set by the government and the fee scale is fixed.
The NHS provides all treatment necessary to secure and maintain your oral health. You may choose to have some treatments privately as an alternative to NHS treatment. Click here to see our pricing.
Fees are payable after each treatment session. We accept credit/debit cards, cheques and cash.
If we find that we have to refer you outside the practice for specialist/alternate work we will try to give you an indication of the appropriate fees but we advise that you discuss this direct with the other dentist.
